Being that she has been used to being on the go for so many years, she has adopted many healthy habits that have given her the ability to stay in shape and maintain good health while having a busy lifestyle. 

   Ciana is that relatable woman that is trying to do her best along with everyone else in the world. This changed everything for me !

I was just looking for something to help guide me through losing weight that was easy and simple. I am so overwhelmed by all of the information on the internet, but when I came across this ebook and saw the table of contents in the preview pictures I decided to get it. I liked to problem/solution breakdown. The methods have been realistic to follow. I’ve been following the methods in the book for a month now and have lost 7 pounds. I’m going to continue doing the methods and see how far it takes me.

Read it and you won’t regret it!

This book goes into great detail about how to lose fat. The author includes 3 different workout circuits that can be done anywhere and a precise schedule on how to maintain food intake by creating reminders on your phone or writing down goals. Overall, this book is a great start to learn how to lose fat the right way! I’ve been following her workouts for 1 month and noticed a difference in my waist line. Again, diet is a huge key to lose weight which the author puts a huge emphasis on how to curve those sweet cravings!
